Anti-static nano-composite (stone) plate is a composite material made of glass fiber and high temperature resistant resin and nano reinforcing material. The material has excellent physical properties and higher resistance to solder resist and chemical etching in an environment of increasing temperatures. The boards are designed and developed for the different needs of the circuit board mounting process, and can be precisely machined by CNC to be used as over-tin oven fixtures and SMT pallet fixtures. It can be used in various processes of wave soldering and SMT mounting. After machining, it can achieve the precision required by SMT process and maintain its flatness in the continuous reflow process, and the low thermal conductivity of the material can prevent thermal shrinkage of the substrate. The low thermal conductivity of the material prevents thermal shrinkage of the substrate. It provides a durable (more than 20,000 times) and high temperature resistant (260-350C) PCB carrier for electronic manufacturing.
