R85HA/R90HA is an economical high-strength fiber release fabric that is widely used in hand lay-up and resin infusion processes. It is washed and heat-set, and impurities have been removed during the textile process. The product surface is not coated with a release agent, so there is no contamination of the composite elements during use, and there is no need to clean the product surface before painting or gluing operations. For easy identification in cured laminates, the R85HA/R90HA warp has a red tracer yarn every 30mm.
The release cloth is suitable for vacuum infusion and vacuum bag compression molding of unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and other resins.
