The MVP Patriot™ series injection equipment is suitable for RTM, LRTM and vacuum lead-in closed mold molding processes.
The Patriot™ series of injection machines has good power performance, high versatility and a wide range of functions and precision. It is widely used as a high-precision pumping system, which can solve the problems encountered in production.
Pneumatic self-control: control the number of strokes/cycles during injection, making the production process easier to control. The equipment has the following features: resin gelling alarm, configuration of material circulation, automatic control of the injection head, and automatic cleaning, the equipment is reserved for pneumatically controlled injection pressure monitor, pneumatic control automatic card and heater control.
Tests of the MVP Patriot™ equipment and two peer devices showed that the MVP Patriot™ flow rate and hardener/resin variation were less than 1%, while the peer flow rate variation was 25% and the hardener/resin variation was 30%.
Both the Patriot™ range of fluidic and curing agent pumps feature new seals with self-healing seals that require no seal adjustment and a very low coefficient of friction for the seals, which greatly reduces the problems associated with heat build-up and wear. The equipment takes the injection and vacuum induction process to a higher level of precision, improving the accuracy of the product. The Patriot™ series of injection equipment has good stability and is ideal for closed mold production.
