The FRP factory with standardized management has a good process layout plan for hand lay-up molding. Because there are many factors that affect the quality of FRP products by hand lay-up method, but in general, they can be summarized into five factors: "man, machine (mold), material, method and environment". Therefore, when designing the overall layout of our plant, we should create a good environment as much as possible, and standardize the process layout, make the production site and environment better, and reduce harmful gases to a minimum as much as possible, so as to ensure product quality. Next, we put forward the following requirements for the layout for the reference of the entrepreneurs of the FRP factory.

(1) The production site should be tall, spacious, bright and well ventilated. The sites for mold making, glue preparation, glass fiber cloth cutting, hand lay-up molding, cutting and grinding processing, raw material stacking and other processes should be separated, especially the curing agent and accelerator must be stored separately, and the curing agent should be specially protected! Avoid accidents that affect each other.
(2) In order to ensure product quality and facilitate the operation and control of the glue content of products, the temperature of the workplace should be between 16°C~30°C.

(3) The storage place of chemical raw materials such as gelcoat, resin, curing agent, accelerator, and release agent should be arranged in a cool place, and try to avoid sunlight and close to heat sources. When gelcoats and resins are used, they should be shipped out of the warehouse in advance and used when the temperature is consistent with the workplace. (Dew condenses when the temperature difference during the lamination operation in the storage site is large, so the temperature of the fiberglass product should be adjusted to the same temperature as the work site before the lamination operation.) The fiberglass to be used can be transferred from the warehouse to the operation room for lamination operations two days in advance).

(4)The place where the reinforcing materials are stored and cut should be kept clean and dry, and the relative humidity should be controlled below 75%. Because the glass fiber cloth is damp, it will affect its bonding with the resin and the curing of the layer, and pollution or dust will affect the product quality.
(5) Hand lay-up FRP premises should also be kept clean and dry, and consideration should be given to installing ventilation and heating devices to eliminate harmful gases. In particular, it should be reminded that since the volatilized chemical gas is a heavy gas, the installation position of the exhaust equipment is not a high place, but a position below one meter against the wall! Of course, sticking to the floor is the best, but considering that there are some fibers and other debris in the workshop that are easy to suck into the paigang fan, it is recommended to have a certain height!
(6) In the hand lay-up workplace, it is best to install double glazed windows or a layer of glass windows and a layer of screen windows to avoid interference and influence from the outside world.
(7) The operation site needs to be equipped with fireproof and explosion-proof devices, which is a basic operation.
